چکیده
Determination of chlorophyll and carotenoid content is an important way obtaining information about the plant's photosynthetic activity as well indirect method assessing productivity plant crops, particularly grain crops. The objective this study was to evaluate role in formation emmer wheat (Triticum dicoccum (Schrank.) Schuebl) grown under traditional organic farming systems different pre-sowing seed treatment methods. base indicators apparatus (chlorophyll content, ratio pigments) were evaluated plants a function cultivation technology treatment. carried out crop rotation: winter rye – mustard T. wheat. only by UV-C irradiation. In technology, both irradiation with humic preparation natural origin “1r Seed Treatment” used. (by 9.2%) b 14.5%) increased compared but same (UV-C irradiation). As result, yield increase 21.0%. application led ~ 8.0% plots seeds cultivation. An inverse correlation between a/ has been established. evaluation economic rye-mustard-emmer proved its high profitability. So, pigments’ their can be used efficiency introduced elements agrotechnologies for predicting future yields.

Effect of pre-sowing treatment on seed germination and seedling vigour in endive and chicory
The influence of pre-sowing treatments using hydropriming, osmopriming and halopriming in laboratory and/or nursery tests on seedling emergence, seedling weight and plant growth of endive and chicory was examined. Halopriming (KNO3) or growth regulators (gibberelic acid; GA3) improved the rate of germination of endive and chicory and reduced the mean germination time needed. 30 min pre-sowing t...
متن کاملAncestral QTL Alleles from Wild Emmer Wheat Improve Drought Resistance and Productivity in Modern Wheat Cultivars
Wild emmer wheat (Triticum turgidum ssp. dicoccoides) is considered a promising source for improving stress resistances in domesticated wheat. Here we explored the potential of selected quantitative trait loci (QTLs) from wild emmer wheat, introgressed via marker-assisted selection, to enhance drought resistance in elite durum (T. turgidum ssp. durum) and bread (T. aestivum) wheat cultivars. Th...

متن کاملEffect of Seed Pre-Treatment and Sowing Orientation on Germination of Balanites aegyptiaca (L.) Del. Seeds
Seeds of Balanites aegyptiaca stored for one year were germinated using cold and boiling water pre-treatments and different sowing orientations. Whole fruits were soaked in cold water for (18, 24 and 48 hours, respectively), while extracted sun dried seeds were immersed in boiling water for 7 minutes. Seeds of each treatment were sown in three orientations (seeds laid vertically with stalk end ...
